Safety Coordinator

We're looking for HSE Monitors to join a growing manufacturing team and help promote a strong culture of safety throughout a fast-paced production facility.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with manufacturing, warehouse, production, or industrial experience who is interested in growing a career in health, safety, and environmental (HSE).

What You'll Do

• Monitor production and warehouse areas to ensure employees are following PPE requirements and company safety procedures.
• Conduct routine safety walkthroughs to identify hazards, housekeeping issues, and unsafe conditions.
• Report safety concerns, near misses, incidents, and policy violations to the HSE team.
• Assist with incident documentation, inspection reports, and safety records.
• Support daily safety communications, toolbox talks, and employee safety awareness initiatives.
• Reinforce safe work practices, including PPE compliance, forklift safety, machine guarding awareness, and lockout/tagout procedures.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and compliant manufacturing environment.
• Respond quickly to safety concerns and assist with corrective actions when needed.

What We're Looking For

• Previous manufacturing, warehouse, production, or industrial experience preferred.
• Safety, HSE, compliance, or inspection experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify potential safety risks.
• Comfortable walking the production floor and interacting with employees throughout the day.
• Strong communication skills and the confidence to respectfully reinforce safety expectations.
• Ability to complete basic documentation and follow established procedures.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required.

Schedule

We have multiple shifts available, so candidates must be flexible and open to working any shift. Shift schedules will overlap to provide consistent safety coverage throughout the facility.
