Bowl Attendant

As a Bowl Attendant at Main Event, you will greet guests, provide information about activities and specials, and create a fun, memorable experience. You will support a positive bowling environment while upholding our cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards.

• Uphold cleanliness and safety standards throughout the facility.
• Welcome and engage guests, serving as an ambassador of fun.
• Promote and recommend activities based on guests’ needs and availability.
• Troubleshoot lane malfunction calls and handle related issues.
• Issue and clean bowling shoes, maintaining proper organization.
• Escort guests to their lane, assist with lane set‑up and ball selection.
• Ensure guests adhere to all bowling safety standards.
• Process payment transactions and warmly welcome guests back.
• Maintain a clean, organized bowl desk and lanes; complete other side duties.

• Prior food and beverage or retail experience a plus (not required).
• Guest‑focused mindset and hospitality orientation.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Strong problem‑solving and multi‑tasking abilities.
• Ability to learn and use multiple business systems.
• Effective communication with management, team members, and guests.
• Availability to work days, nights, and weekends.

Compensation: $7.25 - $12 per hour.
