Elite Home Health, part of LHC Group, is seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapy Assistant to deliver in-home PT services in the Tomball, TX area.
The PTA will follow the supervising PT's plan, assist patients with therapeutic exercises, gait and ADL training, and coordinate care with the health team. A weekend rotation is required; licensure in the state is mandatory. CPR certification is preferred.
