Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is hiring Speech Language Pathologists (SLP), Speech Language Pathologist Assistants (SLPA), and Clinical Fellows to provide in-home therapy services for children with communication, feeding, and developmental needs.

As a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP),
Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA), or Clinical Fellow
, you will play a critical role in improving communication, independence, and quality of life for pediatric patients.

What You’ll Do
  • Provide evidence-based speech therapy in the home and community

  • Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans (Speech Language Pathologist / SLP)

  • Implement treatment plans under supervision (Speech Language Pathologist Assistant / SLPA and Clinical Fellow)

  • Deliver interventions targeting speech, language, cognitive, feeding/swallowing, and social/emotional development

  • Educate and empower families and caregivers

  • Coordinate care with physicians and referral partners

  • Develop home programs to ensure continued progress

  • Document all care and services in EMR

  • Maintain compliance with clinical and regulatory standards

Qualifications

Required:

  • Active Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) license
    , or eligibility for Clinical Fellow program

  • ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) or actively pursuing (for Speech Language Pathologist / Clinical Fellow)

  • Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program (Speech Language Pathologist / Clinical Fellow)

  • Current CPR certification

Preferred:

  • 1+ year of pediatric or home health experience

  • Experience with feeding and swallowing therapy
