Temporary Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP/SLPA) - Maternity Leave Coverage (12 Weeks)

Cole Pediatric Therapy is seeking a compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to provide temporary maternity leave coverage for approximately 12 weeks
. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative pediatric therapy team, build relationships with families, and make a difference in the lives of children.
While this is a temporary assignment, there may be opportunities to be considered for future openings based on business needs and performance.

- Temporary maternity leave coverage
- Start Date: November 30, 2026
- Duration: Approximately 12-13 weeks
1099 Contractor - CCC-SLP
- $30 per 30-minute therapy session ($60/hour)
- $17 per 30-minute therapy session ($34/hour)
(Rate based on years of experience and/or bilingual status)
- $28-$38 per 30-minute therapy session ($56-$76/hour)
(Rate based on years of experience and/or bilingual status)
- $15-$23 per 30-minute therapy session ($30-$46/hour)
- Minimum of 1 year of pediatric experience required
- Active Texas State license in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) or Speech Language Pathology Assistant(SLPA)
- Passion for serving children and supporting families

- Collaboration with Board Certified Behavior Analysts for behavioral support
