Computer Technician

This is a full-time, on-site role as a Computer Technician based in Tomball, TX. The Computer Technician will provide technical support to ensure the smooth operation of computer systems across the district. Day-to-day responsibilities include diagnosing issues, performing troubleshooting and repairs, maintaining computer hardware and software, and supporting operating systems. The technician will also assist with inquiries related to computer systems and ensure all technology is functional and up to date to support educational and administrative activities.

• Proficiency in Technical Support and Troubleshooting to resolve IT issues effectively
• Experience with Computer Maintenance and Computer Repair processes
• Strong knowledge of Operating Systems and their configurations
• Ability to work collaboratively with staff and students while communicating technical information clearly
• Previous experience in an educational environment is a plus
• Associate's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft certifications) are beneficial
