• Assist the Resource Department with daily operational tasks and support functions
• Organize, sort, and maintain inventory of resources and supplies
• Help coordinate distribution of resources to those in need
• Support staff and volunteers in completing department projects and initiatives
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace
• Assist with data entry, record-keeping, and general administrative duties
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth department operations

• Reliable, punctual, and dependable with a strong work ethic
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented, mission-driven environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Willingness to perform physical tasks such as lifting, sorting, and stocking
• Basic communication and interpersonal skills
• Prior experience in a warehouse, nonprofit, or resource center is a plus but not required
• Positive attitude and genuine desire to serve the community
