Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate the in-house maintenance team.
• Conduct daily inspection reports for all facility equipment, including compressors, cranes, overhead doors, forklifts, profilers, and rollers.
• Coordinate all vendor-required maintenance and service calls, ensuring supervision of vendor work on equipment.
• Validate and vet service estimates and PO requests.
• Prioritize and address all maintenance requests daily.
• Supervise the Tool Room.
• Report issues to the leadership team.
• Make cost-conscious maintenance decisions.

Job Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Experience with PVF and MRO supplies preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) and SAP.
• Ability to work closely with other departments.
• Analytical, organized, and objective.
• Goal-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
