In this role, you will provide support and work alongside our Anodize line lead and Shop Manager. Your main responsibilities will include Scheduling & Managing shop work (from intake to shipping) and run the Chem Film line.

• Manage scheduling for line processing operations.
• Cross-train as Chem Film processor, masking, and other related tasks.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of schedules and processes.
• Assist in training new staff on scheduling and line processing procedures.
• Perform full Chem Film process.
• Rack parts to be Chem Filmed.
• Maintain, clean and organize line daily.
• Be able to pivot and assist our team where needed.
• Weekly shop cleanup.
• Other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma preferred.
• Preferred anodizing / chemfilm experience.
