Overview
The Social Media Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic social media campaigns across all major platforms. This role requires a blend of creative thinking, analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple accounts and platforms with a consistent voice and branding. This role is designed with growth in mind and offers a clear opportunity to advance into an Assistant Manager position for candidates who demonstrate strong leadership and performance.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and manage social media strategies to support marketing goals and brand awareness
- Create and schedule engaging content (video, copy, curated assets) across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Linked In, and Tik Tok
- Manage and update company and client websites, including basic design edits, content updates, page builds, and SEO best practices
- Analyze performance metrics and provide monthly reports with insights and recommendations for growth
- Stay current with social media and web trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to align content and website functionality with business goals
- Manage paid social campaigns including ad creative, audience targeting, and performance monitoring
- Respond to community engagement and foster brand interaction across channels
- 3+ years of experience in social media management
- Proven ability to grow and manage social media audiences across various platforms
- Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and editing skills
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Experience with analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.)
- Experience with Facebook Ads
- Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and thrive in a collaborative environment
- Must provide examples of social media content, portfolio preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Experience working in an agency or fast-paced creative environment
