Volunteer: Mailchimp Email Marketing

This is a volunteer opportunity provided by Taproot Foundation, a nonprofit creating social change through pro bono connections.

• Optimize Canva or Mailchimp newsletters and donor emails by creating engaging, Mailchimp-ready templates, suggested subject lines and cadence, basic audience segmentation recommendations, and a short playbook for measuring engagement. Specifics will be defined with volunteers during kickoff.
• Improve email engagement to help COHAP strengthen donor and subscriber relationships, raise awareness of services, and support fundraising and referrals that prevent homelessness among veterans, formerly incarcerated individuals, aged-out foster youth, and other vulnerable clients.
• Collaborate with our team to test templates in Mailchimp and implement the agreed plan.

Our team will provide details about our account, current campaigns, and subscriber/donor audiences; specifics will be discussed during interviews. Volunteers will directly boost outreach and support.
