RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:

• Work in a 20-bed Intensive Care Unit on the 2nd floor of main building

• Patient ratios of 2:1 (low acuity patients may be 3:1)

• Work with Baxter pumps and EMR-Expanse system

• Must have Medical ICU experience

• Must have vent/drip titration experience

• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS

• May float to Progressive Care unit

• Dress code:
Royal blue scrubs

• 4 weekend shifts required per schedule

• Typical procedures include intubation, central lines, endoscopy, tracheostomy, chest tubes

• Day shift: 1 charge nurse, 10 RNs (no support staff)

• Night shift: 1 charge nurse, 10 RNs (no support staff)

• Must be a team player with flexibility and positive attitude
