Registered Nurse Emergency Room

$1591.20/week -

Job Summary:

Provide high-quality emergency nursing care in a fast-paced emergency department, ensuring patient safety and comfort. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver efficient assessment, treatment, and stabilization of patients.

Responsibilities:

• Perform triage assessments and prioritize patient care based on acuity levels.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans for emergency patients.
• Administer medications, start IV lines, and conduct assessments including EKGs and lab draws.
• Monitor patient conditions, reassess, and update care plans accordingly.
• Maintain accurate documentation within the electronic medical record system.
• Adhere to hospital policies, safety standards, and ICARE core values.

Qualifications:

• Hold valid ACLS, BLS, TNCC, PAL, and ENPC certifications.
• Possess a minimum of 2 years of emergency department experience.
• Demonstrate proficiency with Expansé EMR and standard ED equipment.
• Be able to function effectively in a high-pressure environment and work well in a team.
• Exhibit strong communication skills and a compassionate patient care approach.
