Registered Nurse Health

HCA Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse to support Employee Health services. In this PRN role, you will provide clinical assessment, vaccinations, and health screenings for staff, helping ensure a safe, healthy workplace. Responsibilities include managing employee exposures, return-to-work evaluations, and health education while maintaining accurate, confidential records. You'll collaborate with HR, infection prevention, and leadership to promote wellness and regulatory compliance within a culture focused on compassion, teamwork, and learning.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct employee health services including assessments, triage, and follow-up
• Administer vaccinations, screenings, and TB testing per employee health protocols
• Maintain accurate, confidential health records and documentation
• Support workplace safety, exposure follow-up, and return-to-work evaluations
• Collaborate with HR, infection prevention, and leadership on wellness initiatives
• Educate staff on infection control, injury prevention, and employee health policies
• Assist with regulatory compliance and audits related to employee health
• Participate in quality improvement and data tracking for employee health outcomes
