Travel RN - GI​/Endoscopy

American Traveler is seeking a GI/Endoscopy RN with at least 1 year of recent endoscopy experience for a 13-week assignment at a Texas facility.

• Active TX RN license or compact license required
• 1 year of recent endoscopy experience required
• Endoscopy-specific clinical knowledge required
• Strong communication and teamwork skills preferred
• US Social Security Number and date of birth required for consideration
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months

• Endoscopy unit with 3 procedure rooms and a team of 12 staff members
• Day shift only with a schedule of 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday
• 1:1 patient ratio with one RN and one Endo Tech assigned per procedure room
• Common procedures include EGD and colonoscopy
• Uses Olympus scopes and Endo Soft charting, transitioning to Provation
• Uses Medi Tech EMR
• Call responsibilities required for this position
