Veterinary Technician

Northpointe Animal Hospital is seeking a dedicated
Veterinary Technician to join our compassionate team. This is a hands-on role where you’ll make a meaningful impact in the lives of pets and their families every day.

• Assisting veterinarians during exams, treatments, surgical procedures, and dentistry
• Maintaining accurate medical records and treatment documentation
• Reviewing treatment plans, medications, and discharge instructions with clients clearly and compassionately
• Building positive client relationships through education, communication, and attentive service
• Maintaining clean, organized, and fully prepared exam rooms, treatment areas, and procedural spaces

• Compensation: $16 - $19 per hour, for each hour worked
• This is a
  full-time position, with a 4/10 schedule and availability needed Monday-Friday.
  NO WEEKENDS!

• Bonus Package

  Up to $500 depending on experience

• 1+ years of veterinary assistant, animal care, kennel, or related role preferred
• Proficiency in the following skills:
  • Ability to assist with exams, treatments, and outpatient procedures
  • Compassionate, professional communication with clients and team members
  • Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
  • Physical ability to stand, bend, lift, and restrain patients safely throughout the workday
  • Commitment to exceptional patient care and client service

Northpointe Animal Hospital is a community favorite and AAFP certified Cat Friendly Practice in Tomball, Texas. Conveniently located off Tomball Parkway, the Northpointe team has been providing routine and emergency medical and surgical services to small animals in our community for years. Our three doctors are supported by a talented and fully utilized technician team, which allows them to focus on medicine and surgery.
