Environmental Health Safety Specialist

We're partnering with a growing manufacturing organization in Tomball that is looking for an experienced HSE Specialis
t to lead health, safety, and environmental initiatives at their facility

In this role, you'll be the go-to safety expert, driving OSHA compliance, leading incident investigations, managing workers' compensation claims, conducting safety training, and partnering with HR and operations to foster a strong safety culture.

• Lead OSHA compliance and facility-wide safety programs
• Manage workers' compensation claims from start to finish
• Conduct incident investigations and implement corrective actions
• Perform safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments
• Deliver new hire orientations and ongoing safety training
• Maintain OSHA logs, safety metrics, and compliance documentation
• Partner with HR, operations, and leadership to drive continuous improvement
• Provide guidance and support to the Safety Assistant

• For3–5 years of HSE, safety, or compliance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Strong knowledge of OSHA General Industry standards
• Experience managing workers' compensation claims
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• OSHA 30 certification, First Aid/CPR certification, and safety audit experience are a plus
