Quality Control (QC) Inspector (Entry-Level)

We are seeking dedicated, detail-oriented individuals to join our quality assurance team as Entry-Level QC Inspectors. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring our products meet company standards before leaving the facility. While this is an entry-level position, ideal candidates will bring a sharp eye for detail and a strong work ethic. Prior inspection or quality control experience is a plus, but not required.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform visual and manual quality inspections on products and materials.
• Identify, document, and report defects, inconsistencies, or quality issues.
• Pay close attention to fine details to maintain strict quality standards.
• Communicate inspection results with team members and supervisors.
• Follow all safety protocols and facility operational guidelines.

Qualifications & Requirements

• High attention to detail and strong observational skills.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts, Monday through Saturday.
• Basic English communication skills are preferred (Spanish-speaking candidates are welcome).
• Previous quality control, manufacturing, or inspection experience is a plus.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or in a team setting.
• Willingness to complete initial training at the Cypress facility before transitioning to the Tomball location.
