Quality Inspector

Job Description

Luxor Staffing is hiring Quality Inspector paying up to $17 per hour with 1st and 2nd shift available. Weekly pay, possible overtime, incentive and bonus programs, optional direct deposit, benefits from day 1 on the job and much more!

Shift:

• 1st: 7:20AM-7:30PM
• 2nd: 7:20PM-7:30AM

Job Responsibilities:

• Inspect solar panels, inverters, mounting components, and other solar equipment for damage, defects, or quality issues.
• Perform incoming and outgoing quality inspections by verifying products, quantities, labels, serial numbers, and specifications.
• Identify, document, photograph, and properly isolate damaged, defective, or non-conforming materials.
• Maintain accurate inspection records and quality reports while communicating recurring issues to supervisors.
• Work with warehouse, receiving, inventory, and shipping teams to resolve quality issues and ensure products are handled, packaged, and shipped correctly.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in quality control, warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics is a plus.
• 1–2 years of experience in quality inspection, warehouse operations, manufacturing, or a related field preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify product damage, defects, and discrepancies.
• Basic computer skills and ability to accurately complete inspection reports, data entry, and documentation.
• Ability to read labels, serial numbers, packing lists, purchase orders, and product specifications while following safety and quality procedures.
