Assistant Manager for Abbey at Preserve Way

• Minimum of 1 year of previous assistant property manager experience.
• Onesite experience Required
• Valid Driver's license
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Skilled in time management and critical thinking
• Understanding of Fair Housing laws

• Update on a daily basis all rents, deposits and application fees received from residents. Issue appropriate notices when necessary (e.g., late payments, eviction notices, returned check memos).
• Actively pursue recovery of delinquent monies in accordance with state and local laws.
• Ensure proper handling and scheduling of evictions and skipped units.

• Provide quality customer service to all prospective and existing residents.
• Inspect move-outs and vacancies when requested.
• Attend resident retention activities as required.

• Active leasing duties due to size of properties
• Must participate in all phases of leasing and resident retention.
• Work with lease renewals each month.
