Integrated Real Estate Group is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Property Manager in leasing, accounting and staff oversight. The role will occasionally require evenings and weekends. A motivated candidate will be cross-trained on One Site and capable of processing invoices and rent-roll reporting.
Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, LIHTC/ tax credit experience, and strong verbal and written communication skills. Prior assistant manager experience is preferred.
