Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role as a Retail Sales Manager based in Greater Houston. The Retail Sales Manager will oversee daily operations at a retail location, ensuring an exceptional customer experience and driving sales growth. Responsibilities include managing sales goals, leading a team of sales associates, delivering training, maintaining store standards, and fostering a positive work environment. The role requires collaboration with both team members and upper management to meet business objectives.
Qualifications- Proven skills in Retail Sales and Sales strategies, with the ability to meet and surpass sales goals.
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to foster positive interactions and build relationships with both customers and team members.
- Experience in enhancing the Customer Experience through attentive service, providing tailored solutions to meet customer needs, and addressing concerns effectively.
- Previous managerial or leadership experience in a retail environment preferred.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Understanding of T-Mobile products and services is a plus.
