$10.00 to $14.00 per hour

We offer an easily achievable commission structure that pays you for every transaction you process! Our retail sales associates can earn up to 8% on transactions, which could average an additional $1.00 per hour on top of your hourly rate.

We are seeking entry‑level, full‑time sales associates in our pawn store locations nationwide. The Pawnbroker / Retail Sales Associate partners with the entire staff to provide customer service on both the lending and retail sides of the business. The associate greets, engages, and interacts with customers in a positive and professional manner to process sales, loans, and other transactions. The role works with a wide variety of jewelry and general merchandise, including tools, electronics, firearms (in FFL locations), and more.

The Full‑Time Pawnbroker / Retail Sales Associate position offers an hourly wage plus commission based on productivity. Pay is based on location, qualifications, and experience.

• Greets and interacts with all customers to develop rapport and recommend appropriate financial solutions.
• Performs non‑management open/close procedures.
• Keeps the sales floor clean, stocked, and maintains merchandise displays.
• Performs sales and loan transactions in accordance with established policies, procedures, practices, and regulatory requirements.
• Handles all cash and negotiable items per established policies and procedures.
• Answers incoming calls per company standards.
• Effectively communicates to customers the legal aspects of pawn and buy transactions.
• Communicates effectively with coworkers and managers, displaying respect and using effective communication tools.
• Partners with all employees to create a positive and memorable customer experience.
• Successfully completes the assigned training.
• Other related duties, as assigned.

• Willing and able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
• Willing and able to perform duties for extended periods (standing, stooping, walking, climbing, pushing, pulling, lifting) as required by law.
• Ability to work with firearms and to obtain firearms certification.
• May be asked to assist customers outside the building or retrieve products from exterior storage.
• Minimum age: 18 years old.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Strong desire to work, serve customers, work with people, and be team‑oriented.
• Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations proficiently.
• Cash handling experience preferred.
• Ability to work in multiple locations as business needs dictate.
• Flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Computer literacy and ability to operate POS systems and common office machines.
