$11.86 - $16.01 per hour

A Visionworks Senior Optical Specialist - Lead/Sales Lead is the face of our business, coordinating the vision care journey and ensuring eyewear needs are met efficiently. The role requires 12 months of prior optical industry experience and a current optician license where required.

• Deliver daily sales goals by executing the optimal customer/patient experience journey.
• Engage with patients/customers and recommend products and services that meet their eye‑care needs.
• Maintain up‑to‑date product/optical knowledge through continuous training to ensure right‑the‑first‑time eyewear fitting.
• Execute day‑to‑day operational activities supporting store financial and customer experience goals, including opening and closing the store as required for lead positions.

• 12 months of optical experience (Visionworks or another organization) or ABO Certification in lieu of experience.
• High‑school diploma, GED, or equivalent related job experience.
• Maintain optician license requirements per state guidelines where applicable.
