We're opening a brand new Sam's Club in Tomball, Texas, and we're looking for a Merchandising Lead who is member obsessed, hands on, and ready to help build something from the ground up. This is a hands‑on leadership role in a fast‑paced environment with the unique opportunity to help launch and shape a new location from day one.

What You'll Do

Lead & Support the Team

* Train, coach, and support associates to deliver strong performance and great member service

* Reinforce expectations, provide feedback, and recognize accomplishments

* Support hiring, scheduling, and day-to-day development of associates

Run Day-to-Day Operations

* Keep merchandise stocked, organized, and ready for members

* Ensure Club Pickup (online order pickup) is accurate, on time, and easy for members to collect

* Jump in to problem-solve and keep operations moving in a fast-paced environment

Deliver for Members

* Create a welcoming, helpful experience for every member

* Resolve concerns quickly and confidently

* Assist members with purchases, questions, and self-service tools

Improve the Business

* Use basic performance metrics to identify opportunities and improve results

* Help streamline processes to make work easier for the team

* Partner with club leadership to keep operations running efficiently

Keep It Safe & Compliant

* Maintain a clean, safe environment for associates and members

* Follow company policies, procedures, and safety standards
