We are seeking an experienced Compressed Air Sales Representative with 2–3 years of proven success in compressor sales
. This role focuses on selling rotary screw compressors (oil-free and oil-flooded), refrigerant and desiccant dryers, and related ancillary equipment. You will manage an assigned territory, provide technical expertise, and drive new business growth through strategic sales execution.
- Achieve assigned sales targets within your territory.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to grow aftermarket sales and ensure loyalty.
- Provide engineering consultations and design complete compressed air systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams for account management, parts procurement, and service coordination.
- Deliver product training and conduct seminars for customers.
- Support regional and corporate account strategies and promote new product offerings.
- Maintain efficient territory coverage and maximize face-to-face selling time.
- Provide timely business updates and reports to management.
