Specialty Sales Representative, EMS Clinical and Software

• Collaborate with Territory Managers to support sales activities and customer relationships
• Develop and maintain an advanced understanding of the EMS industry and ZOLL products
• Prepare sales quotes, negotiate contracts, and manage customer accounts
• Respond to customer concerns, escalating issues as needed to ensure resolution
• Utilize standardized surveys to report on customer sentiment and develop action plans

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 3-5 years of sales support experience preferred
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proven ability to achieve sales and revenue quotas
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects

• Experience in account management and client-focused solution delivery
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels
• Familiarity with  or similar CRM platforms
• Excellent presentation skills
• Background in the medical technology or EMS industry
