- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned multi‑family accounts, building strong, long‑term relationships.
- Drive account growth byidentifyingopportunities for upselling and cross‑selling.
- Process purchase orders accurately and efficiently.
- Understand client needs and craft tailored product solutions that exceed expectations.
- Collaborate with internal teams (production, logistics, and customer service) to ensure seamless delivery and project success.
- Prepare and present competitive quotes, proposals, and pricing strategies.
- Stay ahead of industry trends andmaintaindeep knowledge of our product lines and manufacturing capabilities.
- Monitor account performance andprovideactionable insightstoleadership.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university preferred;
High School Diploma or GED required. - 3+ years of account management,sales, or estimatingexperience (preferably inmulti-family, construction, manufacturingor building materials).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite;
Net Suite experience is a plus. - Familiarity with the multi‑family housing industry is highly desirable.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Strategic thinker with strong organizational and time‑management skills.
- Self‑motivated and results‑oriented with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets.
