What You’ll Do- Assist outside sales representatives in managing and growing customer accounts.
- Schedule and confirm appointments, site visits, and client meetings.
- Prepare proposals, quotes, and sales presentations under direction of sales staff.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM systems with relevant information.
- Follow up with clients post‑meeting to ensure satisfaction and collect required documentation.
- Support lead generation efforts through outreach, research, and marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., engineering, logistics) to support project execution.
- Attend trade shows, industry events, or customer meetings as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Environmental Science, Marketing, Business, or other related field preferred.
- Previous experience in a sales support or customer service role is a plus.
- Interest or knowledge in renewable energy or solar products preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to travel locally as needed.
- Excellent problem‑solving capabilities.
- Ability to comprehend and interpret complex figures and text.
- Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse clientele.
- Fluency in English and Chinese required.
