The Used Car Sales Specialist is a full-time, on‑site role based at Tomball Ford in Tomball, TX. This role is responsible for engaging with customers on the lot, showroom, and via phone or digital channels to understand their needs and recommend appropriate pre‑owned vehicles. Daily activities include presenting vehicle features and benefits, conducting test drives, preparing price quotes, and guiding customers through financing and purchase documentation.
The specialist follows up with prospective and existing customers to support long‑term relationships and repeat business, while meeting individual and team sales goals. The role also involves maintaining up‑to‑date knowledge of inventory, market pricing, and dealership promotions, and ensuring a professional, welcoming experience for every guest.
- Candidates should possess strong Sales Consulting and Automotive Sales skills to effectively match customers with appropriate used vehicles and close sales ethically.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to provide a clear, respectful, and helpful buying experience.

- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, and to stand, walk the lot, and conduct frequent test drives.
- Previous experience in automotive or retail sales is preferred but not required; training is available for motivated candidates.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; a valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record is necessary.
