As a Sales Associate, you will- Help current members get the most out of their ISI® membership
- Introduce prospective members to our dynamic workouts and elite community
- Deliver a first-class member experience every day
- Sales & Member Experience
- Check in and welcome members to all sessions
- Provide exceptional customer service to all members, including first-time visitors
- Complete client intake for new visitors and convert first-time visits into memberships
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace, including laundry and studio upkeep
- Conduct cold calls to book first sessions and follow up with prospective clients
