As a Security Officer Armed Patrol Operations in Tomball, TX
, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As an Armed Security Officer at a financial institution, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and respond professionally to concerns. You will provide exceptional customer service and clear communication while supporting a welcoming environment for members, visitors, and staff.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to members, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at a financial institution.
• Monitor access to the location, verify credentials as required, and maintain awareness of activity involving members, visitors, employees, and armored transport personnel.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the facility, parking areas, ATMs, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site-specific procedures and coordinating with emergency responders when appropriate.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports of incidents, patrol activities, and unusual occurrences, and maintain required documentation in accordance with Allied Universal and site procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least one year of security-related experience.
• Possess an armed guard card or license.
• Possess a Level III Armed Certification in Texas.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
