Job Description

We're hiring experienced Welder/Fitters for an industrial client in the Tomball, TX area. This role requires candidates who are proficient in both welding and fitting — we're not looking for welders only or fitters only, but skilled tradespeople who can do both. This is a hands-on pipe welding and fitting position with real potential to convert to a long-term or direct-hire role for the right candidates.

What You'll Be Doing

• Fit and weld carbon steel pipe to project specifications
• Perform MIG and Flux Core welding on pipe and structural components
• Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and fitting specs
• Fit pipe sections accurately prior to welding
• Maintain quality and safety standards on every job
• Work early morning hours in an industrial/field environment

What You Need

• Proven experience in both carbon steel pipe welding AND fitting — this is a dual-skill role, not welding or fitting alone
• Proficiency in MIG and Flux Core welding
• Ability to read blueprints and fit pipe to spec
• Must pass a 3G coupon weld test and a fit test prior to being hired on
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to pass a background check
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work a 5:00 AM start time, Monday–Friday
