• Lead and schedule practices, typically twice a week beginning late August.
• Coordinate and oversee game play, usually twice a week, including both home and away matches.
• Represent St. Anne Catholic School in the Greater Houston Catholic Athletic Association (North/South Division), traveling with the team as required.
• Engage with athletes at all skill levels, ensuring inclusive team participation without cuts.
• Maintain communication with athletes and parents regarding schedules, expectations, and performance.

• Prior coaching or playing experience in cross country or related athletics.
• Sound knowledge of cross country training and competition strategies.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with athletes and parents.
• Commitment to serving as a positive Christian role model for student‑athletes.

• Completion of an Applitrack form on the Galveston‑Houston Arch‑Diocese website.
• Completion of the online Safe Environment Training.
• Completion of required school annual trainings:
  Bloodborne Pathogens, First Aid & Sudden Illness, AED & CPR, Anaphylaxis & Epinephrine, and Child Abuse & Neglect.
