Truck Driver

Our vertically integrated supply chain supports utility-scale, commercial, and residential solar projects, with a strong emphasis on operational excellence, safety, and compliance.

The Truck Driver is responsible for safely transporting materials, products, and equipment between company facilities, warehouses, customers, and other designated locations within the local area. This position is responsible for completing deliveries on time while following all DOT regulations, company safety procedures, and transportation requirements.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) required.
• Clean and acceptable driving record.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and safe driving practices.
• Ability to safely operate commercial vehicles in warehouse, manufacturing, and local delivery environments.
• Ability to complete required transportation and delivery documentation accurately.
• Ability to lift, move, and secure materials as required by the position.
• Strong communication, reliability, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow assigned delivery schedules.

• Previous experience as a local, commercial, or delivery truck driver.
• Previous experience working in a manufacturing, warehouse, logistics, or distribution environment.
• Experience transporting manufacturing materials or finished products.
• Familiarity with the Houston and surrounding areas.

• Safely operate company trucks to transport materials and finished products to and from local facilities and designated locations.
• Complete scheduled pickups and deliveries accurately and on time.
• Load, secure, inspect, and unload cargo as required.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any maintenance or safety concerns.
• Verify shipping documents, delivery paperwork, and load information before departure.
• Maintain accurate driver logs, mileage records, inspection reports, and other required documentation.
• Follow all DOT regulations, traffic laws, and company safety policies.
• Communicate with warehouse, logistics, and operations teams regarding deliveries, delays, or transportation issues.
• Maintain assigned vehicles in a clean and safe operating condition.
• Assist with loading and unloading materials when needed.
• Follow all site-specific safety procedures when entering manufacturing and warehouse areas.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with availability required every other Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
