Inventory Control Coordinator

Parts & Equipment Coordinator / Inventory Control Specialist

• Manage and maintain parts, tools, equipment, and supply inventories
• Receive, label, organize, issue, and store inventory accurately
• Monitor inventory levels and perform cycle counts
• Research and order parts as needed, including OEM part lookups
• Maintain work orders, purchase orders, and inventory records
• Support maintenance personnel with daily parts and equipment needs
• Identify and report out-of-stock, obsolete, or overstock inventory items
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse/work environment
• Assist with warehousing, equipment inspections, and inventory processes
• Utilize inventory systems and Microsoft Office programs for tracking and reporting
• Provide professional communication and customer service to internal teams and vendors

• 1–5+ years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, parts coordination, or equipment management; experienced working with inventory systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Strong organizational, analytical, and multitasking skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities
• Forklift certification preferred or willingness to obtain certification
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs and work overtime or Saturdays as needed (Preferred)

• Transportation, trucking, fleet maintenance, industrial, manufacturing, or heavy equipment environment experience
• Knowledge of parts sourcing, work orders, and inventory procedures
• Experience supporting mechanics or maintenance departments is a plus
