Tax Manager | Succession Track to Partner | Mercer County, NJ
An established and growing public accounting firm in Central New Jersey is seeking a Tax Manager to join its leadership team as part of a long‑term succession plan. Backed by an entrepreneurial ownership group that is actively acquiring and investing in successful CPA firms, this opportunity offers far more than a traditional tax manager role. The selected individual will work directly alongside the firm's current Managing Partner during a planned transition, providing a unique opportunity to develop into one of the future leaders and faces of the practice.
The firm provides tax, accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to a loyal base of closely held businesses and high‑net‑worth individuals. Rather than focusing on large corporate clients, the practice prides itself on building long‑term relationships with privately owned businesses and individual clients throughout the region. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys client interaction, mentoring staff, and playing a meaningful role in the continued growth of a successful local firm.
