AP Specialist – Full-Cycle 3-Way Matching

Location: Waldwick, NJ
Job Type: Full-Time | On-Site

Compensation: $27.00 - $32.00 per hour

A growing company in the Waldwick area is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to manage the full-cycle AP process
, with a strong emphasis on 3-way matching
.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full accounts payable cycle from invoice receipt through payment

• Perform detailed 3-way matching of purchase orders, receiving documentation, and vendor invoices

• Enter and process a high volume of invoices accurately and efficiently

• Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and pricing/quantity variances

• Communicate with vendors and internal departments regarding invoice issues

• Review invoices for proper coding, approvals, and supporting documentation

• Assist with weekly check runs and electronic payments

• Reconcile vendor statements and maintain accurate AP records

• Assist with month-end close and AP-related reporting

• Maintain organized documentation and ensure adherence to company policies

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of full-cycle Accounts Payable experience

• Strong hands-on experience with 3-way matching

• Experience working with purchase orders and receiving documentation

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

• Strong Excel skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Compensation: Competitive salary based on experience
