The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to network, think creatively, and build meaningful relationships to help clients of all levels secure employment. This role involves working closely with job seekers to identify their skills, guide them in their job search, and connect them with suitable opportunities.

• Build and maintain a network of employers to create job opportunities for clients across various industries.
• Meet with job seekers to understand their skills, experiences, and career goals, providing personalized guidance and support.
• Develop and implement strategies to place individuals in jobs, including higher-level candidates transitioning into the workforce for the first time.
• Collaborate with employers to match job seekers with the right opportunities.
• Think outside the box to create innovative solutions for challenging placements.
• Provide coaching on resume building, interview preparation, and professional development.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and job placements using computer software.

• Strong networking skills with the ability to build relationships with employers and community partners.
