Quality Assurance Advisor

• Perform quality standard inspections and reviews, analyze field safety and water intrusion practices.
• Make field visits and ensure that our homes are built in accordance with specifications and details, or that variances have been reviewed and approved.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and develop cost‑efficient and value‑oriented construction methods.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture or construction management and 10 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of construction materials, basic math and some cost accounting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to understand, follow and train others in established safety procedures.
• Ability to understand and follow construction plans, blueprints, specifications and warranty standards.
• Successful candidate must maintain a valid driver's license.

• Hourly rate between $48.08 and $52.89 with eligibility for bonuses.
