Responsible for implementing companies Safety program and maintaining a safe work environment for team members, subcontractors, and site visitors by:
- Implement site safety programs, conduct orientations/training, and lead audits and hazard analyses
- Track safety violations, analyze data, manage OSHA reporting, and support incident investigations
- Review safety submittals, monitor trade partner work plans, and support injury management
- Serve as the site's safety resource — leading meetings, evaluating industrial hygiene concerns, and staying current on regulations
- Coordinate with client safety teams, union reps, and insurance/risk engineers; manage PPE and safety budget
- Build strong relationships across diverse teams and organizational levels
