We are hiring a highly experienced Reconstruction Contractor to take full ownership of interior reconstruction projects following water/fire/smoke/mold damage mitigation. This is a fast‑paced, commission‑based role for a self‑sufficient professional who does not require hands‑on training and can independently manage projects from estimate to final payment. You will be responsible for client communication, estimating, production management, team oversight, material procurement, and financial performance of each job.

- Schedule and perform on‑site inspections
- Create accurate, detailed reconstruction estimates
- Clearly explain scope of work to homeowners
- Collect required deposits before work begins

- Be confident discussing pricing, scope changes, and timelines with homeowners
- Recruit, hire, and manage your own crew or subcontractors
- Schedule trades efficiently to minimize downtime
- Coordinate all phases of interior reconstruction including:
- Drywall repair and installation
- Trim and finish carpentry
- Cabinet installation
- Flooring
- Tiling
- Painting
- Minor framing and interior structural repairs
- Maintain clean, professional job sites
- Ensure work meets company standards and building codes
- Handle change orders professionally and in writing
- Create material lists for each project
- Purchase and coordinate delivery of materials
- Ensure materials arrive on time and within budget
- Monitor job costs to protect profitability
