Esposito Construction is seeking an experienced Paving Operator/Laborer to support our crews on projects across New Jersey. You will operate asphalt paving equipment and assist with daily paving tasks on roadways, parking lots, and site work.
The ideal candidate is hands-on, reliable, with a proven safety record and ability to work as part of a team near fast-paced schedules. Valid driver's license preferred; OSHA 10/30 preferred; compensation ranges from $25–$40 per hour DOE.
