As Travelling Superintendent - Northeast, you’ll take senior-level ownership of fast-moving, ground-up commercial projects across the region-driving outcomes that protect schedule, quality, and safety when it matters most. This role exists to keep field execution sharp, teams aligned, and clients confident from mobilization through closeout.

• Lead onsite operations and coordinate subcontractors/trades to hit critical milestones
• Maintain rigorous safety execution and compliance on every site
• Communicate field progress, constraints, and solutions with the project team to keep momentum

• 5-10 years of ground-up commercial construction superintendent experience
• OSHA 30
• Willingness to travel throughout NJ, NY, PA, MA, CT, ME and beyond for short and extended assignments

Your morning starts where the action is: boots on the ground, scanning the site, and setting pace for the day’s work. You’ll move between active areas, checking that the plan is translating cleanly into the field, then regroup with key partners to clear bottlenecks before they become delays.

As the day heats up, you’ll balance rapid decisions with disciplined follow-through-keeping communication tight across a traveling project footprint and ensuring the jobsite stays mission-ready. By late afternoon, you’re capturing the real story of the day-what moved, what changed, and what needs attention tomorrow—so the next morning launches at full throttle again.
