Position: Project Engineer/APM - New Jersey
The Project Engineer/APM
- New Jersey will be responsible for assisting the Project Managers in all activities related to the construction projects including: procurement, submittals, creating and maintaining scheduling to ensure an on-time completion, and to work within the budget parameters. - New Jersey will:
Be responsible for assisting all activities related to the construction projects including: procurement, submittals, creating and maintaining scheduling to ensure an on-time completion, and to work within the budget parameters. The position will report to the project manager on site. Manage and develop assigned staff toward maximum job performance. Build and maintain rapport with architects, subcontractors, and vendors. Understand and administer contract and subcontract agreements.

Interpret and analyze reports to ensure adherence to project budget Manage the Quality Assurance/Quality Control program. Provide leadership in risk evaluation, contract negotiations, and fee and pricing decisions Profile A successful Project Engineer/APM
- New Jersey will have the following: 2-5 years of general construction experience Degree in Construction Management or related field strongly preferred Proficient in project management/construction management software Effective communication skills to motivate your team. The fortitude to juggle competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Competency with Procore, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Job Offer The Project Engineer/APM
