Shift: Per diem
Responsibilities- Provide basic facility information such as brochures and informational packets to persons requesting about the community and its programs
- Greet visitors in a friendly, courteous and professional manner. Screens and requires all visitors to sign in at reception desk.
- Notifies residents or department heads when visitors are present. Instruct visitors according to individual instructions.
- Perform clerical duties as assigned.
- Handle phone inquiries with excellent phone etiquette,
- Schedule tours/visits tour prospective residents
$15.92 - $15.92 an hour
QualificationsProven experience in a front desk or hospitality role is preferred.
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong guest service skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele.
Knowledge of resort or hotel operations is advantageous.
