Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM

Salary: Approximately $60,000 annually

Ultimate Staffing is partnering with our client in the Lakewood-Toms River area to hire a Customer Service Representative for their expanding financial services team. We're looking for a polished, knowledgeable candidate with experience in financial institutions and a strong understanding of stocks, securities, and investments.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a busy environment, enjoys helping customers, and has strong technical troubleshooting skills.

• Manage a high volume of inbound calls and emails from customers.
• Provide support on financial account inquiries, investment products, and system usage.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to the company's software.
• Accurately document all communication and follow internal procedures.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure top-tier customer service.

• Prior experience in a financial institution, brokerage, or investment-related role is required.
• Familiarity with stocks, securities, and investment concepts.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to excel in a high-volume, fast-paced support environment.
• Technical aptitude and comfort with financial software platforms.
