Globex Performance has been helping Jeep and off-road enthusiasts build and maintain their dream vehicles since 2009. We’re growing and looking for the right person to join our team as a Service Advisor.

This is a full-time Monday through Friday position. No weekends required.

No previous Service Advisor experience is required.

We can train the right candidate. If you have a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and enjoy working with people, we’d love to talk with you.

• Greet customers and guide them through the intake and inspection process
• Build and present estimates using digital inspections and approved pricing guidelines
• Communicate with customers, technicians, and parts staff to manage expectations and timelines
• Follow company procedures for intake, documentation, follow-up, and delivery
• Review completed work with customers and ensure a positive final experience
• Build long-term customer relationships through trust and communication

• Enjoy working with people and providing excellent customer service
• Are comfortable presenting recommendations and asking for the sale
• Stay organized while managing multiple vehicles and customers
• Follow processes without cutting corners
• Take ownership of the customer experience from start to finish
• Enjoy problem solving and helping customers achieve their goals
• Have an interest in Jeeps, off-road vehicles, or performance vehicles (a plus, but not required)
• Want to build a long-term career with opportunities for growth
• Are friendly and love talking to people
