Job Description
Weighmasters are the first and last point of contact for customers at our facility. This role focuses on customer service, accurate scale transactions, and basic regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities- Greet and assist customers at the scale
- Process inbound and outbound scale transactions
- Collect fees and verify required paperwork
- Answer basic customer questions and emails
- Communicate issues to the Lead Weighmaster
- Keep scale area clean and organized
- NJ Weighmaster Certification required
- Customer service experience preferred
- Basic computer and data entry skills
- Ability to work outdoors in a fast‑paced environment
- Flexible to work overtime or weekends as needed
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
