Compensation:
30% of collections

Expected Earnings: $250,000 - $400,000+ annually

Daily Guarantee:

This is a full‑time opportunity (Monday-Thursday, with occasional Fridays) with flexibility in scheduling depending on location. The associate will primarily work across multiple offices
, with Toms River Wednesdays preferred and Monmouth Beach offering additional scheduling flexibility

The practice offers a focused clinical scope with a strong emphasis on endodontic procedures
, including:

• Full‑scope endodontics (primary focus of the role)
• General restorative dentistry support as needed
• Comprehensive patient care within a multi‑location system

You’ll be supported by a modern clinical environment featuring:

• Digital X-rays and 3D imaging (CBCT)
• CAD/CAM systems
• Laser dentistry
• Electronic health records and integrated workflows

Mentorship & Growth:

• Formal mentorship program available
• Strong peer support and informal clinical guidance
• Collaborative case discussions across providers
• Encouragement to grow within a multi‑doctor system

This is an excellent opportunity for:

• An experienced endodontist or GP with strong endo experience
• OR a clinician looking to specialize and grow in endodontics with mentorship

The ideal candidate is:

• A licensed General Dentist or Endodontist (or eligible in NJ/NY)
• Strong experience or comfort with endodontic procedures (required focus)
• Clinically confident with excellent treatment planning skills
• A strong communicator with a positive, patient‑focused attitude
• Team‑oriented and comfortable working across multiple locations
• Interested in long‑term growth within a supportive group practice
